Vessco are pressure vessel manufacturers and have manufactured vessels up to 150 tonnes and can complete ultra large columns and skids at dockside facilities in Barry or Swansea where road restrictions necessitate. With a workshop height of 13m, Vessco has the space to engineer and assemble both tall and wide fabrications.

Vessco has two identical 25,000 sq ft workshops, one dedicated to carbon and chrome moly steels, the other to stainless steels, duplex steels and alloys. Cross-contamination can be problematic in the pressure vessels industry, Vessco has been able to eliminate this risk.

Vessco specialises in pressure vessel design and fabricates fractional distillation column structural elements including skids, platforms, ladders and brackets.

Vessco uses its experience in pressure vessels manufacture to fabricate similarly sized complementary products. These include rectangular and cylindrical tanks, both pressurised and atmospheric, open-topped, conical top and bottom, flat topped or domed – whichever design is required.
